Sounds of Cinema film season presents a free screenings of Singin' in the Rain.
A true classic of Hollywood cinema, the film humorously depicts the hardships and adventures of a silent film production company and crew who make a transition to sound cinema. It captures the birth of Sound in film recreating the challenges and wonders brought about by the new film technology.
Featuring some of the best-known and loved musical numbers, the film will be followed by a 1930s style party. Don’t forget to bring an umbrella and be ready for some classic sing-alongs!
