The Panel Discussion will include exhibition artists Mari Andrews, Binh Danh, Matthew Troy Mullins, Jeanne O'Connor and Ethan Turpin. California Academy of Sciences has made a contribution to the exhibition with images from their extensive entomology collection. Lindsay Irving, from the Visualization & Outreach Program at the Center for Applied Biodiversity Informatics at California Academy of Sciences, will join the artists to offer her thoughts on institutional collections and presentations and collaborations with artists.
Exhibition curator and Kala Gallery Director, Lauren Davies, will moderate the panel discussion. The event is open to the public and is free of charge.
