FIAF presents a selection of films providing a glimpse of the talent and beauty of the charming and elegant Edwige Feuillère (1907–1998)—the “First Lady” of French cinema in the ’40s and ’50s. These four films capture the gifts and different sides of this mythical actress who worked with some of the most well-regarded directors and actors of her time. Le Monde wrote of the actress: “Edwige Feuillère was our Marlene Dietrich, our Irene Dunne and our Greta Garbo, all in one.”
