I express my take on the world through visual art, primarily painting and works on paper. I think about nature, what is outward, outside and what is reflected in the body. I think about how it all relates to my spiritual experience. Line and color create movement, expressing energy. Texture creates a place where it all meets, where I connect with the physical. Each piece is part of a process of self discovery, a revelation. Basically parts of the puzzle of my autobiography. My latest paintings are experiments in mixed media collage and acrylic.
