Video Artist Kelly Sears received her BA from Hampshire College in 2000 and her MFA from University of California, San Diego, in 2005. She creates videos from aged and abandoned periodicals, books, and encyclopedia, using her collaged narratives to critically examine the way history has been presented to us. Sears, currently a fellow in the Core Program at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, has exhibited throughout the Los Angeles area and has screened her films internationally. [show less]
