My name is Earl Douglas, Executive Director for The Black Rock Coalition here in New York. I also have an extensive radio background - first with the legendary rock station WNEW-FM and later with XM Satellite Radio. In addition for my love and support of Progressive Black music (and all music for that matter), I also love baseball (Go Yanks), football, basketball and boxing.
