Vikram is a budding novelist whose primary focus is speculative fiction. Prashant has been an avid reader of classic science fiction, such as the works of Asimov, Bova, Bradbury and Heinlein, as well as more modern authors such as Neal Stephenson, William Gibson, Philip K. Dick and Orson Scott Card. He also is a fan of fantasy works by Anne McCaffrey, Raymond E. Feist, Terry Goodkind, and L.E. Modesitt Jr. Vikram believes that although the seemingly primary purpose of speculative fiction is entertainment, that many moral and philosophical implications are embedded in these works, and would like to try and write with that idea as a cornerstone of his work.
