Jerome Robbins was a choreographer and director.  He choreographed more than 60 ballets, including "Other Dances," "Glass Pieces," and "Ives Songs," which are in the repetories of the New York City Ballet and other dance companies throughout the world.  He also worked on musicals such as

Sylvie Guillem entered the Paris Opera Ballet School in 1976 and by the age of 19 was named "Etoile" by Rudolph Nureyev.  She has also danced with the Royal Ballet of London and the American Ballet Theater.

Sylvie is not just a ballet dancer, she has entered the modern dance scene in
