Alison Skaggs was born in Washington D.C. and lived in close-by College Park through elementary school. After this, she moved with her family to Franklin Co., Virginia. In 2005, she graduated high school and started at Virginia Tech studying Fine Arts. Alison will be graduating in the fall of 2
