I'm Julianna Elizabeth DelViscio, a vintage collecting Virgo who loves music and learning about culture. While attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia, I've had the wonderful opportunity of studying abroad in France and England.
My 19th century English literature professor tried to persuade me to dismiss exploring the artistic merit in heavy metal and hip hop and study "more serious art forms", and it only further strengthened my resolve to go right ahead and academically assess these two maligned genres.
Currently living in Zambia, Africa where I edit The Art Pages, a Zambian non-profit art newspaper. Looking to move to the States and work in a gallery. I write experimental fiction and some poetry in my spare time as well as write about the visual arts.
